Booking Deposit & Treatment Planning A $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your service on the day of treatment. Special Offer Pricing Promotional pricing is available for a limited time only. Special offer pricing cannot be guaranteed once a promotion ends unless it is pre-purchased. If you need to reschedule or cancel your service, your current promotional rate may no longer be available, and future appointments may be subject to standard pricing. Good Faith Exam & Payments A $50 Good Faith Exam is a required medical evaluation performed by a qualified healthcare provider to review your health history, assess your treatment goals, determine whether a requested treatment is appropriate and safe, and develop an individualized treatment plan. If you are eligible to proceed with treatment on the same day as your consultation, the applicable treatment balance is due at the time of service. For future appointments, there is a 30% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the applicable deposit and/or a $50 late cancellation fee charged to the card on file or required before future booking. No-shows are subject to a $50 no-show fee, which must be resolved before future appointments may be scheduled. All fees and deposits are non-refundable. In limited circumstances, provider discretion may allow a forfeited deposit or fee to be applied as a future service credit. Arrival & Late Appointment Policy Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in, paperwork, and required consent forms. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require modification, shortening, or rescheduling of the appointment. Late arrival without communication may be considered a no-show and may result in forfeiture of the applicable deposit or fee. Communication & Social Media Policy To protect privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance, treatment consultations and medical discussions cannot be conducted through Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, or other social media platforms. Please contact the office directly for secure communication regarding appointments, medical history, treatment questions, or other private matters. Gift Certificate, Package & Product Policy Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for one year from the purchase date. All treatment packages, memberships, services, and retail products are final sale and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Children & Guest Policy Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult who is not receiving services. Turtle Creek Medical Aesthetics is not responsible for supervising children or ensuring their safety while in the practice. Payment Policy Accepted payment methods include cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Buy Now Pay Later options, and Cherry Financing. Processing fees may apply to certain card transactions. Refund Policy Due to the personalized nature of medical aesthetic treatments, appointments, treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products are generally final sale and non-refundable. Results vary based on individual anatomy, skin condition, lifestyle, healing response, and other factors. Refunds are not provided for changes in preference, expectations, or dissatisfaction after treatment. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy By booking an appointment and/or receiving services, clients acknowledge their understanding of and agreement to the applicable cancellation, payment, deposit, and refund policies. Unauthorized chargebacks may be challenged with supporting documentation, including consent forms, treatment records, appointment history, payment records, and relevant communication records. Turtle Creek Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to pursue civil legal action for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, or fraud. This may result in credit reporting, collections activity, or a civil court judgment. Clients remain responsible for valid outstanding balances, fees, or other amounts legally owed. Client Agreement & Consent Requirement All clients must complete required consent forms and acknowledge applicable practice policies before receiving treatment. Booking an appointment or receiving services confirms that the client has had an opportunity to review and agrees to the applicable practice policies.
