Appointment Booking & Deposit Policy A $100 non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve all appointments and will be applied toward your service total at treatment. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice for deposit transfer eligibility. Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy; however, clients are responsible for their scheduled appointment times. All changes must be made by phone call or text message. Requests through social media platforms cannot be accepted. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Appointments are reserved specifically for each client and require dedicated provider time. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice result in forfeiture of the deposit and a $50 late cancellation fee charged to the card on file or required before future booking. No-shows are subject to a $50 fee, which must be resolved before future appointments. Fees are non-refundable; in limited circumstances, provider discretion may allow the fee to be applied as a future service credit. Arrival & Late Appointment Policy Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in, paperwork, and consent forms. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require modification, shortening, or rescheduling of the appointment. Late arrival without communication may be considered a no-show. Consultation Policy Virtual and in-person consultations are available for treatment planning, goals, medical history review, and recommendations. A consultation does not guarantee same-day treatment. Treatment appointments include time for consultation and final treatment planning. If you already know your desired service, booking the treatment directly is recommended. Communication & Social Media Policy To protect privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance, treatment consultations and medical discussions cannot be conducted through Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, or other social media platforms. Please contact the office directly for secure communication. Gift Certificate, Package & Product Policy Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for one year from purchase date. All treatment packages, memberships, services, and retail products are final sale and non-refundable. Children & Guest Policy Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult who is not receiving services. Turtle Creek Medical Aesthetics is not responsible for supervising children or ensuring their safety while in the practice. Payment Policy Accepted payment methods include cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Buy Now Pay Later options, and Cherry Financing. Processing fees may apply to card transactions. Refund Policy Due to the personalized nature of medical aesthetic treatments, all appointments, treatments, packages, memberships, and products are final sale and non-refundable. Results vary based on anatomy, skin condition, lifestyle, and healing response. Refunds are not provided for changes in preference, expectations, or dissatisfaction after treatment. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy By booking and receiving services, clients acknowledge agreement with all cancellation, payment, and refund policies. Unauthorized chargebacks may be challenged with supporting documentation, including consent forms, treatment records, appointment history, and communication records. Clients remain responsible for valid outstanding balances, fees, or costs. Client Agreement & Consent Requirement All clients must complete required consent forms and acknowledge practice policies before receiving treatment.
